In this case if the order was paid in cash, we will deposit the value to your Store Credit so that you can use in any other online purchase, knowing that this value cannot be refunded.

If the order was paid in Credit Card, we will deposit back the amount of the order to your credit card.

For purchases made using an online payment method, please note that once the return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The time required for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement may vary depending on your financial institution and can take up to 14 business days

Refunds for Installment Payment Methods:
