Terms and Conditions:

• doutlet Gift Cards can be used only in doutlet branches inside Egypt and through the website.
• Gift cards can be charged with a minimum balance of EGP 1,000 and a maximum balance of EGP 100,000 from any doutlet branch in Egypt or through the website.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded once issued.
• The gift card remains the property of its holder and may not be tampered with or interfered with without our consent.
• The Customer should ensure the correctness of the receiver’s information before sending the gift card. Also, once the Gift Card is issued or sent, we will not be able to change this information.
• The only option would be to stop the card but if it hasn’t been used.
• The ownership of the Gift cards is transferable, and therefore doutlet Egypt will not be responsible for verifying the ownership of the Gift Card holder before accepting it at the time of payment.
• Nile Projects and Trading Co reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
• Gift Cards can be purchased from any doutlet branch in Egypt or through the official website doutlet.com and the email and phone number must be verified by the customer.
• The ownership of the Gift card is transferable; therefore doutlet Egypt will not be responsible for verifying the ownership of the Gift Card holder.
